In most cases the defects are not recognized to be manufacturer’s fault. And if they do accept the rejects it takes too long to get them fixed. When you go to their doctor for consultation you have to stay in terrible lines although you have checked the schedule in advance. The design and the price are corresponding but not the quality and service. Maybe these are only claims of people who can not afford such expensive optical goods every day and they want to pay the saved money for something worth. But still it should be taken into consideration, because in some time the trend of bad customer service will become a habit.
