If a person needs a prescription for lenses he\she does not have to bring a prescription from a doctor for customers’ convenience there is a doctor not far away from each LensCrafters location.
Customers claim. Although Lenscrafters has such a great ‘resume’ its clients tend to argue. They say that in some stores the customer care is extremely poor, the lenses are scratched and it takes too long (from several weeks) until they bring you another pair of glasses. In most cases the defects are not recognized to be manufacturer’s fault. And if they do accept the rejects it takes too long to get them fixed. When you go to their doctor for consultation you have to stay in terrible lines although you have checked the schedule in advance. The design and the price are corresponding but not the quality and service. Maybe these are only claims of people who can not afford such expensive optical goods every day and they want to pay the saved money for something worth. But still it should be taken into consideration, because in some time the trend of bad customer service will become a habit.

But is this company famous or notorious? Huge amount of complaints prove the later. Here we enlist some problems you have to be aware of while using the services of Expedia.
Poor customer service. This word combination is probably used in all complaints. The thing is that there are many Expedia customer service centers but there are not so many good customer service representatives. When some problem appears, and they appear quite often when a person uses Expedia.com, then it turns out to be almost impossible talk to some representative. The customers can spend hours on hold, trying in vain to get somebody who can help them, but very often it never happens. And even if the customer finally broke through the busy lines, the customer service representative cannot help because he or she cannot solve the problem, or because it is just not important for him or her. And there were many cases when Expedia representatives were unbelievably rude with customers just because they had a bad day.
Poor organization of the company. While having some of the Expedia vacations, the customer should be ready that the hotel would not be like promised, there would not be certain amenities and so on. And then the customer tries to talk to some Expedia managers to have them solving the problem. But in many cases these managers are enable to help because they just do not have the powers to solve the issue. And there is nothing you can do on place with that fact.

The company has these sneaky agents that clearly express that fact when they are begging you to join the company. Besides, they state that there could not be any increase in monthly payments. But when it happens and the credit card company stops transferring the payments, the customers find themselves in debts. The thing with Silver Leaf Resorts is that you have to be very careful while signing any contracts and keep away from entering into deceptive contracts.
IberoStar Resorts. Customers who bought the time share with IberoStar Resorts also have many troubles with the company. When the customers purchase the time share, they provide the copy of their check and usually use the auto debit draft method to pay their payments each month. But when they come to visit the so called resorts, people become very disappointed. It is very hard to get out of the IberoStar Resorts game and the only way out is to keep accurate records. If you got in the trap and want to release from the contract, you have to maintain the records in order to prove that you are right.

Gevalia complaints. Though there is the Royal Warrant form the King of Sweden, some consumers complain. First of all, there have been hundreds of complaints filed against the spam advertising sent by Kraft Foods. Even the lawsuit was filed. Then, people complain because they are sometimes charged for nothing by Gevalia Coffee. People started to call the company’s customer service and were made aware that they were charged for the shipping of some new sample products because they were the members. Thus, the company charges its customers every month around $30. And it appears to be very difficult to settle down the issue and even to cancel the account.

And it is our civic duty to spread the word about those non-reputable companies. One of them is Blue Hippo.
What they are engaged in. Blue Hippo is an internet company that provides hire-purchases of the computers and utilities. This is very favorable way for those people being in some financial difficulties or for those who just find it much better to shop on-line. Blue Hippo informs you of the initial cost which is usually around $100 and then you have to pay some amount every week. Or actually this amount will be deducted automatically from your account. So, you have to provide credit card number and account number.
Blue Hippo’s biggest problem. The thing is that you pay your initial cost and weekly payments and they promise to deliver the computer in 3 or 5 business days. But the delays are awfully long! Sometimes people pay for the computer for months and still have not got it. And to cancel this purchase is almost impossible. So, you have to be aware that the money are taken from your account for you not to have some more troubles with the credit record that can be just ruined by these scammers. You can keep on calling Blue Hippo client service phones and wait for an answer and get nothing. This looks like this company is build on total fraud and the computers which were ordered will never arrive at the addresses of the people that keep on paying for them.

Sport gives people health and inspiration. This is the source of that energy that we all need and some of us get it out of work, of relationships, out of hobbies. And everything seems very easy: you go to the gym, sign a contract or pay per hour and everybody is happy. But nothing is that simple. Like in case with World Gym, where people are experiencing such a disappointment and frustration that is just have to be spread out for others to be aware of it and not to find themselves in the same trap.
What kind of organization this is. People keep on writing complaints against World Gym. They state that this is the kind of establishment based on fraud and scam. The reputation of World Gym is much to be desired, it is described as a being a place to get ripped off, and they are trying to get as many innocent and unsuspecting customers as possible to exercise their racket on them, to joint this company of their pissed customers. But when you go in for sport, this should be a win-win deal: both pleasure and benefit. To keep fit is like a science and most of people are eager to master it. And we go to the gyms, crowd them up to the entries and work on our health, muscles and will-power. But this happens only if the sports center is not like World Gym.
How they abuse their customers. World Gym does not stick to what they promise. They state that if you get unemployed they can cancel your membership. But that is not true. They also state that if you provide a not from your doctor concerning your physical inability to continue exercising, they freeze your contract, which is also not true. Besides, before signing a contract with World Gym, you have to give them an access to your bank account for an automatic debit of monthly membership dues. And then, when you are incapable to do there, they just rip you off by charging you for their services.
